Payment Structure for Website Projects
Our website projects follow a four (4) installment payment structure:

• Installment 1 – Initial deposit to initiate the project
• Installment 2 – Upon completion and approval of the design phase
• Installment 3 – Upon completion of the development phase
• Installment 4 – Final payment upon project delivery

Each payment confirms client approval of the work completed up to that point.

Refund Eligibility for Website Projects
Liberating Solution does not offer full refunds for website projects. However, partial refunds may be considered under limited circumstances:

• Before Work Begins: If a client cancels the project before any work has started, a partial refund of the initial deposit may be granted after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs.
• During the Design Phase: If a client chooses to discontinue during the design phase due to dissatisfaction, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and resources consumed.
• After the Development Phase Begins: Once development work has started, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy for Marketing Services
All payments made for digital marketing, SEO, advertising, or social media management services are non-refundable. These services require upfront resource allocation and ongoing efforts that cannot be reversed or recovered.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The client alters the project scope after approval of the design or development
• Delays or disruptions caused by client inactivity, lack of communication, or failure to provide required information
• Project termination resulting from violation of terms, misuse of services, or lack of cooperation
• After final delivery and acceptance of the website or service

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the client must submit a written request via email to support@liberatingsolution.com with a clear explanation for the cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Any applicable transaction fees or third-party processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
