Returns Policy<\/h2>

This Returns Policy applies to customers in Ireland, the European Union and the United Kingdom who purchase from Eliteboutique.ie. This website is operated by Paschal Sage trading as Eliteboutique.<\/p>

Right to Cancel (EU and Ireland)<\/h2>

If you are purchasing as a consumer within Ireland or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.<\/p>

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once cancellation is confirmed, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.<\/p>

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.<\/p>

Items must be returned:<\/p>

  • unused and in original condition<\/p><\/li>

  • with all original packaging, tags and accessories<\/p><\/li>

  • suitable for resale<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.<\/p>

    Returns from the United Kingdom<\/h2>

    Customers in the United Kingdom also have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of delivery under UK consumer law.<\/p>

    Return conditions are the same as above:<\/p>

    • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer<\/p><\/li>

    • items must be returned unused and in resaleable condition<\/p><\/li>

    • returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Items That Cannot Be Returned<\/h2>

      The right to cancel does not apply to certain items, unless they are faulty. These include:<\/p>

      • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed<\/p><\/li>

      • personalised or custom-made items<\/p><\/li>

      • items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h2>

        If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>

        Where a fault is confirmed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.<\/p>

        We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items and may provide a prepaid return option where appropriate.<\/p>

        We may request the item be returned for inspection before processing a refund or replacement.<\/p>

        Condition of Returned Items<\/h2>

        All returned items are inspected upon receipt.<\/p>

        We may reduce the amount of a refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.<\/p>

        Returns may be refused where:<\/p>

        • essential components or packaging are missing<\/p><\/li>

          Before returning any item, you must contact us with:<\/p>

          • your name and contact details<\/p><\/li>

          • your order number<\/p><\/li>

          • details of the item<\/p><\/li>

          • reason for return<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.<\/p>

            Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.<\/p>

            Refunds<\/h2>

            Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.<\/p>

            For cancelled orders (change of mind):<\/p>

            • the cost of the goods will be refunded<\/p><\/li>

            • standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.<\/p>

              Refunds are issued to the original payment method.<\/p>

              We are responsible for goods until they are delivered to you.<\/p>
