Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to customers in Ireland, the European Union and the United Kingdom who purchase from Eliteboutique.ie. This website is operated by Paschal Sage trading as Eliteboutique.


Right to Cancel (EU and Ireland)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within Ireland or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once cancellation is confirmed, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Items must be returned:

  • unused and in original condition

  • with all original packaging, tags and accessories

  • suitable for resale

You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.


Returns from the United Kingdom

Customers in the United Kingdom also have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of delivery under UK consumer law.

Return conditions are the same as above:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • items must be returned unused and in resaleable condition

  • returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • personalised or custom-made items

  • items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Where a fault is confirmed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items and may provide a prepaid return option where appropriate.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

We may reduce the amount of a refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Returns may be refused where:

  • items are not returned in a suitable condition

  • essential components or packaging are missing

  • the item cannot be resold


How to Start a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact us with:

  • reason for return

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

For cancelled orders (change of mind):

  • the cost of the goods will be refunded

  • standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
